My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. On one hand, the staff was attentive and accommodating, and the amenities were enjoyable. On the other hand, the room situation was very frustrating, as I was moved multiple times, and the room I ended up in did not match what I had booked. The dining options were decent, but I expected better considering the price.

The resort is visually stunning, with a beautifully maintained exterior. However, the service fell short, particularly with housekeeping and concierge, which left me feeling inconvenienced during my stay. While the front desk staff were friendly, the amount of time I spent requesting basic amenities like towels was frustrating. Overall, it has potential but needs significant operational improvements to match the resort's appearance.

We celebrated a milestone anniversary and everything was perfect, from the beautiful room and stunning views to the delicious dining options.
